Returns the courier tracking history and current delivery status of an order's shipment.

submission_id accepts three forms: the submission MongoDB ObjectId, the numeric order_id, or a receipt (AWB) number. A non-ObjectId value is first looked up as a receipt number and resolved to its order.

Results are scoped to the authenticated account (team members see their owner's orders); an order belonging to another account returns 404.

Tracking data is served from the stored copy when the order is already delivered; otherwise the courier is queried and the stored shipping status is refreshed as a side effect.

Every response is wrapped in the standard envelope: data, message, error_code (0 on success) and request_id. The HTTP status code reflects the outcome.
